This Contract Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of an order or withdraw from an eligible purchase made through Tank Pool Shop.
This policy should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
Cancelling an Order Before Shipment
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at:

Please include:
· Your full name
· Your order number
· The email address used to place the order
· A clear statement that you wish to cancel the order
We process orders quickly, so submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before fulfilment or shipment.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled as an unshipped order. You may instead request an eligible return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation Confirmation
An order is not considered cancelled until you receive written confirmation from Tank Pool Shop.
Do not assume that an order has been cancelled merely because you sent us an email or contacted your payment provider.
If we successfully cancel the order before shipment, any eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds for Orders Cancelled Before Shipment
Approved refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the amount to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds cannot normally be issued to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Right to Cancel an Online Contract
Depending on where you live, applicable consumer-protection laws may provide a legal right to cancel or withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.
Where such a right applies, you may notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the product.
For an order containing multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period will generally begin after the final product from that order has been delivered, where required by applicable law.
Our separate 30-day return policy may provide additional time to request a return, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in that policy.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

Your message should contain:
· Your full name
· Your order number
· Your delivery address
· The email address used for the order
· The product or products you wish to cancel
· A clear statement that you are cancelling the purchase contract
You may use the cancellation form provided at the end of this policy, but using the form is not mandatory.
Your cancellation request must be sent before the applicable cancellation period expires.
Returning Products After Cancellation
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the affected product within 14 days, or within any longer period required by applicable law.
Before returning anything, contact us for approval and return instructions.
Products must be returned:
· With all components, accessories, instructions, and packaging
· Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
· To the return address provided by our customer-support team
· Using a trackable shipping service where possible
Do not send the product to the address displayed on the original shipping label unless our customer-support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Products sent without prior return approval may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and basic functioning.
You are responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the product in a physical retail store.
For inflatable products, unnecessary handling may include:
· Inflating the product beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection
· Placing the product in a pool, lake, sea, or other body of water
· Using or riding the product
· Filling or operating the water cannon
· Exposing the product to rough surfaces, sharp objects, chemicals, or excessive heat
· Damaging, puncturing, staining, washing, repairing, or modifying the product
Where permitted by law, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund if the product has lost value because of unnecessary handling, use, damage, missing components, or incomplete packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product after cancelling the contract.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Tank Pool Shop is not responsible for a return parcel that is lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
If a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue under our Refund & Return Policy and may provide separate instructions.
Refunds Following Contract Cancellation
Where an eligible contract cancellation applies, we will refund payments received for the cancelled product in accordance with applicable law.
Where required by law, this may include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
Additional costs resulting from choosing an expedited, premium, or more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.
We may withhold the refund until:
· We receive the returned product; or
· You provide acceptable evidence that the product has been returned,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.
Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot stop or recall the shipment in most cases.
Please do not refuse delivery unless instructed by our customer-support team.
Refused or unclaimed packages may incur:
· Original shipping charges
· Return shipping charges
· Carrier handling charges
· Customs duties or import charges
· Reshipment fees
These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
A statutory right to cancel may not apply, or may be limited, for certain products and circumstances, including where permitted by applicable law:
· Products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
· Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
· Products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
· Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidental damage
· Digital content supplied after the customer expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights
· Products or transactions covered by another statutory exception
An exception will only be applied where it is permitted by the laws governing the transaction.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
The cancellation rights described in this policy are separate from your rights concerning damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
If your order arrives damaged, punctured, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Clear photographs or videos of the product
· Photographs of the packaging
· A photograph of the shipping label
We will review the claim in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.
Exchanges
A contract cancellation does not automatically create an exchange order.
Where you would like a different product, colour, or quantity, the fastest option is generally to return the eligible original product and place a new order.
Replacement availability is subject to stock.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve your concern.
Starting a chargeback does not itself cancel the purchase contract or replace the cancellation and return procedures described in this policy.
We may provide the payment provider with relevant order, fulfilment, tracking, delivery, communication, and policy records when responding to a dispute.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides rights that are more favourable than this policy, those legal rights will apply.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Contract Cancellation Policy to reflect changes to our fulfilment processes, store practices, legal obligations, or consumer-protection requirements.
